Getting the Most of Healthy "Clean" Cooking

This course is designed to help those of you who have decided you'd like to reduce or eliminate some foods from your diet such as dairy and wheat whilst learning how to cook creatively with ingredients such as almonds and cashews, chia, flaxseed and of course quinoa! The course has a focus on fresh and raw and vegetarian diets and is also designed to get you trying new recipes as well as teaching how and what to substitute for "clean eating".

Guest Chef Robin B who as worked in such places as the Ivy, Daphnes, Shrimpys and many more, will be bringing his unique style to this course, with loads of "chefy" tips to help you create gorgeous grub, that is sensationaly tasty AND good for you.

What next?

This course is designed to fit within the "School Run" and starts at 10 am and finishes at 3pm.

All food created will be there for you to eat here on site or take home and share with your family.
